I've noticed that the number of events in the calendar is beginning to look a little sparse. It would be wonderful for you guys to submit any events of which you are aware for calendar inclusion. It could be anything:
Social Gatherings
Music Concerts
Discussion Groups
Sporting Events

I know there is a great deal more happening in Aiken than just what's on the city calendar.

If David Allen, and perhaps others, are successful in collecting enough signatures on their petitions to become candidates for Mayor, what issues will be the focal point of the race? Will they be issues which are important to the citizens of Aiken? Will they be the issues on which the candidates base their campaign platforms or issues raised by the public?
